My name is Constance Harrison and I am from Mississippi. All throughout my life I have always had a passion for helping people. My experience in mental health, working with Vets and children who came through the custody of the state; has taught me that everybody has a story to tell but are you willing to help them create a happy ending to their story. When dealing with people through all walks of life; I always consider the meaning of happiness. Plus, I look at people different interpretation of happiness. Then the important question comes into play; How do you define happiness if it looks different in everyone? You ask these five important questions to yourself and others:
1.)Do you feel confident in your life, in the present and future?
2.) Do you feel a deep satisfaction with your life?
3.) Do you feel a deep connection with others?
4.) What or whom is the biggest joy in your life?
5.) What do you think you need to change in your life in order
for you to be happy? I feel once you have answered these questions; you will begin to understand what you want out of life. Plus, the satisfaction of truly finding your happiness. A bird sitting in a tree is never afraid of the branch because its trust is not on the branch but on its own wings~Unknown~. You have got to remember to trust your own wings and fly as high as they will take you.
