My name is Bryan Singletary. Prior to joining Human Connection Revolution (HCR), I was a Commercial Carpenter with Baker Triangle. Recently, I was given the amazing opportunity to join Human Connection Revolution… to do a job that will truly make a difference in the world!

I believe everyone deserves at least one “second chance”. I think this is a large part of what America is about and what makes our country so great. Everyone, including you reading this, has made an unwise decision or two. Sometimes people make poor decisions that lead to prison or to homelessness. There is no doubt in my mind that if given the opportunity to rectify that poor decision, not only the person, but everyone within that individual’s community and family would benefit.

In my opinion, a large part of the solution to the problems of homelessness and prison recidivism is to the need to assist individuals in finding jobs and becoming tax-paying members of society. There are a shortage of people willing to become carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc. These are good paying jobs and with HCR, I’m hoping to help connect employers with motivated, potential employees. With the help of civic-minded local construction companies, returning vets having trouble readjusting to civilian life, individuals that made prior poor decisions that landed them in prison or living on the streets can get their lives back on track through counseling and rudimentary job training provided through HCR in a safe and secure environment.

In conclusion, I hope you will join us in helping make a human connection to those most in need of a second chance.

Thank you,

Bryan
